Collection: Morganites

Morganite is a gemstone that belongs to the beryl family, along with emerald and aquamarine. Its soft, delicate hue, usually pale pink to peach, gives it a romantic and feminine aura. Discovered in the early 20th century and named after the famous banker and gem collector JP Morgan, morganite quickly became prized for its unique beauty and subtle charm.
Morganite forms in granitic pegmatites, like other varieties of beryl. It is mainly mined in countries such as Brazil, Madagascar, Mozambique, Afghanistan and the United States (California).
